Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment with us, please notify us of this at least 48 hours before your appointment is due to take place. We will be unable to reschedule your appointment or offer a refund on your deposit if you fail to comply. If you give us more than 48 hours notice of cancellation then we will be able to reschedule your appointment without loss of deposit. We will only be able to reschedule your appointment once, any further postponements will be subject to loss of deposit.
